Centerpoint has been hired by Hawkeye Development of Fort Worth, Texas to design and build a three phase senior housing project in Burleson, Texas. The project is comprised of an age-restricted market rate apartment complex, an assisted living center, and a memory care facility. The project value is estimated at $45 Million.
Centerpoint is currently working with the City of Burleson to gain site plan approval. Construction is anticipated to begin in October 2009.
