Centerpoint has been hired as design/builder for the Autumn on the Lake senior living resort. The project, located on the shores of Lake Lewisville just north of Dallas, comprises 56 acres. Preliminary plans for the development include 35,000 sf of retail, a 128-bed Assisted Living center, a 250-unit hotel style rental building, 250 units of garden style rental housing, 48 units of detached courtyard-style single family units, and 72 duplex units.
The residents of Autumn on the Lake will enjoy a 5,000 sf community center with a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities. The entire community will be designed around a nature preserve.
