Centerpoint is pleased to announce its title sponsorship for the Cooper Summer Sprint Triathlon to be held July 25, 2009 at the Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas. The triathlon is a 350-meter swim, followed by a 12-mile bike, followed by a 3.2-mile run.
This event marks another successful partnership between Centerpoint and Cooper Clinic. Together the team has successfully completed the 75,000 sf Million Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch. the 30,000 sf Cooper Clinic at Craig Ranch, a dermotolgy operating room and MRI installation.

Centerpoint Signs Development Agreement for Mesquite Senior Project
Centerpoint has signed a development agreement with BIB Management for a 250-unit active senior housing project in Mesquite, Texas. The $29 Million project design calls for a five story urban-style mixed-use structure with ground floor retail and amenities. The building wraps around a courtyard focused on an extravagant pool and outdoor recreation areas.
The ground floor retail/office will focus on senior services provided by the City and other non-profit organizations, along with other neighborhood amenities such as coffee bar, dry cleaners, and financial services.
