The partners of Centerpoint Builders LLC are pleased to announce a new venture named Centerpoint Design Builders LLC. The new company, which runs parallel to the original Centerpoint, will seek to expand on Centerpoint's work building the regional headquarters for the Secret Service, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, and Education in Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas.

The new company offers federal government contracting officers with the opportunity to utilize a proven, professional general contractor, while achieving their goals for minority, small business and veteran-owned companies. Centerpoint Design Builders, LLC is pleased to provide the following certifications to its federal projects: SBA 8(a), SBA HUB, and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business. The company also provides a $100 Million bond line for larger projects.

Centerpoint Begins Construction on Patriarch's Sanctuary Bar

Centerpoint is pleased to announce that construction has started on its design/build Patriarch's Sanctuary Bar in Frisco, Texas. This unique design maximizes the client's cigar and drinking establishment while complying with the stringent zoning regulations of the City of Frisco. The construction start marks the end of a twelve-month process working with the City of Frisco to gain acceptance.
