Centerpoint Hired for Lake Pointe Orthopaedics Office Building

Centerpoint has been hired as design/builder for a new medical office building to be anchored by Lake Pointe Orthopaedics. The building, which will be located in Rockwall, Texas, was organized by Scott Asbury with 3L Realty Advisors. Design will occur during the fourth quarter of 2007, with an expected completion in April 2008.
