Centerpoint Hired for Collin County Children's Advocacy Center

Centerpoint Builders has been hired to build the addition to the Collin County Children's Advocacy Center in Plano, Texas. CCCAC houses over 120 professionals dedicated to serving Collin County children, and their non-offending family members, suffering from abuse. This 22,000 sf free-standing addition will hold offices, staff work areas, therapy rooms and a full-size gymnasium. The project was designed by Jacobs. Centerpoint provided very competitive pricing, beating out nine other competing contractors. The project is scheduled for completion by Thanksgiving 2007.

Centerpoint Hired for Lake Ray Hubbard Condos

Centerpoint Builders has been hired to build the Phase III waterfront condominiums at Water's Edge in Rockwall, Texas. This is the third phase that Centerpoint will build for the developers. Buildings 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 total twenty two units. Completed units range from 1,200 sf to 3,600 sf and sell for $250,000 to $400,000. Centerpoint provided competitive pricing, beating out four other competing contractors. The units are scheduled for completion by Thanksgiving 2007.
