Centerpoint Builders announces it has been hired by LNR Property Company to build two apartment projects at the developer's Presidio site in north Fort Worth, Texas. The projects total over 600 units and will be constructed simultaneously. Centerpoint plans to construct over 1,500 units of market-rate and senior multi-family units in Texas in 2009.
