Centerpoint Builders has started construction on the 189-unit Beaumont Trace apartment complex in Beaumont, Texas. Madison Communities of Plano, Texas is the developer of the property. This expands Centerpoint's current projects in the Houston area, which include three retail centers, another apartment complex and several "big box" retail buildings.
